We provide no obligation free trials for many large organizations whose members want to try our service before subscribing. Check with any groups you are a memeber of for to see if they participate in this program. We also offer the same trials through a number of equipment manufacturers. Check their websites and product packaging for details.
If I cancel my account can I come back? What happens to my data?
Once you cancel your account you will only have access to the data stored on our platform for the remaining duration of your billing cycle. After that you will no longer have access to your data saved on our platform. We understand that you may change your mind and wish to come back, so we do retain your data for future use. Simply log back into your cancelled account using our reactivation link and the same email and password and you will automatically be guided through the steps of reactivating your account.
How do I cancel my subscription? Can I cancel it at any time?
Although our tools often deliver very quick measurable progress, there are times individual impact may take longer than you may have hoped. Several things factor into this, including the effort and consistency of the athlete in their training efforts. We encourage you to take enough time and apply yourself accordingly, so you can see the impact our tools can have on performance. However, we understand that situations change, and you may longer want or need to use our platform. If this is the case, simply visit your account and cancel your subscription at any time. If you are on a monthly plan your access to the website and its features will end at the end of your current billing month. We do not pro-rate monthly payments for refund purposes. If you have signed up for the money saving annual subscription you may cancel at any time prior to your subscription ending, but since you received a significant discount on the service, no refunds for the balance of your term are provided. Your account will remain active until your current billing cycle ends but will not be billed again.
