What are the benefits of sharing information?

The primary benefits are communication, coordination and motivation. Communication is critical to ensure that any parties that have a vested interest in the athlete are aware of the details of the athlete’s performance. Coordination ensures that all parties understand what the athlete is doing and when, allowing them to manage the athlete within safe and healthy guidelines for working out.
